ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
One of our Fabiolous chefs will take you on a culinary journey through the real Italy.
You’ll shop in Campo de’Fiori market, choosing fresh ingredients to use in your cooking class. Then you’ll prepare your meal in an exclusive apartment located in the heart of the Eternal City. You’ll make homemade pasta such as ravioli or fettuccine and prepare other dishes under the guidance of your personal chef in order to produce a full meal. At the end of the course, enjoy the dishes you’ve created accompanied by your choice of the perfect red or white wine your chef has select-ed to complement your lunch.
In this way, you become not a tourist, but a true traveler immersed in authentic Roman culture!
The aim of the course is to give you the techniques needed to cook pasta as a real italian and to impress your friends back home!

The menu was perfect, the chef was entertaining and knowledgeable and, most importantly, patient with us all. :) From the moment she picked us up to go to the market to shop for our fresh ingredients, to the butcher shop, to the hilarity of rolling out the pasta that was about 20 feet long, to the end of the meal, we had a fabulous time. Spending the day cooking with Vittoria was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy!! My daughter and I learned so much from her. We started off with a visit to the market to purchase all of the ingredients for our delicious lunch. I was even able to return home and recreate a few dishes! Chef Federico was amazing! He is a real entertainer. I had fun and learned how to choose things in the market, how to cook 3 differents types of pasta, sauces, meat...It was one of the best things I did in Italy! I highly recommend it. His apprentice Nicolleta was very helpful too.
