I am a culinary enthusiast and a foodie who has done lot of researches on traditional Sri Lankan cooking, including authentic Sri Lankan dishes, traditional cooking methods and tools. Additionally, I have around 5 years of experience in handling culinary tours as a national guide. After seeing the pathetic fate of travelers who seeks an authentic experience, I decided to start a cooking class aiming to give guests a unique, hands-on cooking experience with my knowledge combined with the guiding experience. So, now I am living my dream of promoting authentic Sri Lankan food to the world
