This fabulous food tour gives you a taste of Singapore's street food with stalls included in the world famous Michelin Guide.
Come make some new friends and while you tuck into some of the most delectable local dishes in Singapore.
Even better: You don’t have to queue for hours like others do!
You’ll start off with enjoying one of the best noodles you’ll ever have in Singapore created by our local Hawkerpreneurs. Topped with delicious char siew, potato-wrapped prawn, juicy wontons and an onsen egg, this is one noodle dish you won't forget!
After your meal, follow our tour guide as he brings you to some of the most iconic places in Chinatown and be enthralled by nostalgic tales of the storied streets.
Stop off at Liao Fan Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice, the Michelin-Star Hawker that has gained reputation both locally and abroad. As you dig into this plate of soy chicken (served with rice or noodles), you’ll understand why it’s deserving of the one star. With the chicken so tender and it’s skin so well-marinated, a plate like this will get you coming back for more.
To sweeten the whole deal, you’ll also get to go for an icy bowl of dessert at a popular old-school dessert shop, perfect for the sweltering heat in Singapore.
It’s the perfect Singapore experience, and it’s never been this easy with #QueueNoMore.
Note: guests with dietary restrictions is strongly recommended to join The Great Singapore Food Tour: Chinatown Edition
Chinatown is one of the most popular attractions in Singapore and draws tourists from all over the world to bask in its heritage.
I did this tour last April 2018 and had an amazing time! My friend and I ended up signing up for the tour a bit late but were lucky enough to be included in a private group tour. Colin was our guide and he was accommodating, patient and knowledgeable about Singaporean food as he used to work in the Singapore food service industry. This tour was a great way to experience the food offered by Singapore's Michelin rated hawkers without having to line up for hours. All the food that we ate was very yummy! The only problem was that our stomachs could not fit in anymore food! I greatly enjoyed this tour and would recommend it to anyone who loves food.
A fantastic day full of experiences you can only get with a local. great fun and great value!
Dani did a great job! We had a lot of fun as a group!
Great experience. Thanks
Great Experience - skipped the queues and my guests to Singapore enjoyed it thoroughly! A little more explanation on the food and it's history would have been welcomed, however, overall a pleasant experience!
Came across this BonAppetour experience through Facebook and thought it would be a good way to spice up my stay in Singapore. Never would I have thought that I took that many steps during this challenge (tracked it with my fitbit), which motivated me a lot. Really a different form of exercising & I enjoyed it very much. None of the challenges were tough, but none of them were easy either - making it, I'd say, suitable for all ages and even families as well. This would've been the highlight of my vacation yet! Would highly recommend this to everyone!
Very interestibg tour. I tried dishes that were quite good but the kinds I never would've ventured alone without explanation. Not only did I learn about the particulars of the inteoduced food but also got some insight about the areas we were visiting. The stalls indeed were quite popular as the line was quite long at each stall. It would've been better if the food wasn't sitting there for a bit and we wouldn't have minded to wait maybe 5 min or so once we got to each stall. but I can also understand it would be difficult to time when the queue was not predictable. Angela, the tour guide, was so great as she was very experienced in handling customers and insightful in Singaporean history. I recommend this tour to those who are new to Singapore or Singaporean cuisine. Be sure you go on an empty stomach!!
I first learned about BonAppetour on Instagram. Their ad popped up on my feed and it got me curious. My family and I were very keen on trying out the Michelin star hawkers here in Singapore but we never have the time to cue up (as waiting could take up to hours and that doesn't guarantee you getting a meal as these hawkers get soldout early). Their food tour was the perfect opportunity for us to try these famous meals. So without knowing what to expect, I booked a tour for us. Booking was easy as it was confirmed quickly by the host. I had a few questions and he answered some. As the tour was approaching, My husband and I started to get worried as they weren't replying nor contacting us as to where or how we should meet. We were starting to think that it might be a fraud. Fortunately, on the morning before the tour, we decided to contact someone from BonAppetour's website. We got a response and finally was able to breathe properly as it was a legit tour. We met our guide at Lavender station and started our tour. It was a great experience for all of us. BonAppetour even provided a small slice of cake and sang a birthday song for our daughter's birthday. Good attention to details as I've mentioned prior that we were celebrating her birthday. Overall, the small hiccup in the beginning was okay as the whole experience made up for it. It was very liberating experiencing Singapore culture at its finest. Thanks, BonAppetour!
