We arranged a crepe class with Mrs Molina in Paris, June 29th, 2019. Our family of 5 arrived on time, anxiously awaiting our class. Travel through Paris was difficult as there was a large parade which kept us from taking a bus which would have been our easiest route. It was also approximately 100 degrees - uncomfortable! Anyway, we arrived at the designated address to find no one home. We waited 15 or so minutes, and even returned an hour later to try again - still no one there. We contacted Bon Appetour, and were informed that the host had changed addresses long ago and that it had not been updated on their website. We understand that mistakes happen. However, we were hoping the host would do the right thing and offer an alternative date - that didn’t happen. At the very least we would expect some kind of apology - there was none. A full refund was requested and we are still waiting for this reimbursement. Buyer beware - we would recommend looking elsewhere.
