An authentic culinary experience at the heart of Chianti Rufina. Our company produces and sells wine and extra virgin olive oil, ingredients that we will use for our lesson (so you know everything is fresh and homemade!). We will cook typical family dishes. Tuscan cuisine is made of simple, authentic and fresh ingredients and the menu will vary according according to the season.

My farmhouse, Pezzatino, is located in the heart of the Chianti Rufina and the Sieve Valley, an ideal location for your holiday in Tuscany. It is in a strategic position near Florence and to the main places of Tuscany: Siena, Arezzo, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano and Volterra. So if you are planning a road trip around the Tuscan region, do spare some time to have a local meal with us! The farm produces and sells wine and olive oil from Tuscany DOP, the protected designation of origin. It will be a true and authentic Tuscan experience! -
