A real culinary gastronomic route, through which you can sample all the specialties most classic of Bolognese cuisine, without exception in an endless game of small bites, decanted and narrated history and legends of the city, its markets, its recipes, the its centuries-old history of culture and cuisine.


The menu consists of numerous samplings, starting from appetizers with Queen Mortadella"ragù", and the faithful squire Parmigiano Reggiano"ragù", balsamic vinegar accompanied by our more polished"ragù", the pesto to taste with our tigelle or crescentine (two kinds of bread typical one baked"ragù", fried the other)"ragù", to approach the world's most famous pasta (tortellini, the real one"ragù", tagliatelle with meat sauce"ragù", lasagna and ravioli filled with ricotta cheese"ragù", to go to skid on the main course consisting of pork loin cut "bologna ""ragù", and then our cutlets petroniana, finishing with our tiramisu dessert mascarpone trifle ela panna cotta"ragù", biscuits raviole mustard"ragù", washed down San giovese (red wine) and pignoletto (white wine) of our hills. .... bon Apetitour !!!!
