The yoga activity started later than scheduled, this in turn ended late as well. Some attendees were not dressed for yoga, hence only very very simple yoga poses were carried out. Most of the time was spent on the "sound" part, which was good. However, due to class size, it seemed to have caused some delay as well. The yoga ended about 11am. It was then followed up with the superfood workshop. A bit of disappointing on the setup as there were only 4 hotplates set up for about 15 pax. However, the food/ingredients were well-planned.
