I have a degree as phisiotherapist, and have also a degree in Chinese Medicine from the University of Nanging (China) I am very much a family person. I enjoy having friends around and going out trying new restaurants that open in town. I love cooking and find it very rewarding not only as a hobbie, but also seeing that my friends enjoy new recipes. My wife Suzana helps me as she also enjoys cooking and is a very good PR. She has a degree in Comunication, PR & MKT, having worked in 5 star Hotels, as a Marketing Director. We both travel a lot and sometimes we use dishes that we discovered, but to be honest portuguese food is so delicious that we try to keep up and promote real portuguese food. However Indian food is also a speciallity.
