If you happen to be in Haarlem, to check out the beach, the city or Amsterdam, I'll be more than happy to invite you to dine at my "Breezehome". I really enjoy cooking, and can cook a variety of cuisines, but what I'd like to offer BonAppetourists, is a dish that is unique to my kitchen. The dish combines several Mediterranean influences together, including gluten-free pasta, rucola, cherry tomatos, avocado, three different kinds of cheeses, prosciutto and olives. Topped with roasted garlic flavored pumpkin seeds and olive oil.

We can enjoy this scrumptious dish at my balcony, where we can chill and enjoy the skyline of Haarlem. Most people visit Holland to see Amsterdam, but Haarlem is a great town of its own, and I hope a BonAppetour dining experience will be one of your highlight as you visit this scenic country!
