I really enjoyed the workshop with Ryo and Claire. They are so nice and immediately made me feel welcome. I had the workshop okonomayaki and I not only learned how to make it, I also learned a lot about products from Japan and where you can buy it in the Netherlands. We had a wonderful time. It really felt like a little vacation in Japan. I definitely want come back to learn more about Japanese cuisine. Arrigato Ryo and Claire

We joined Ryo and Claire in their lovely apartment in Central Rotterdam for a Japanese cooking class. They were very accommodating of our requests ahead of the class and were able to be creative to accommodate our vegetarian requirements. Ryo and Claire were excellent hosts and made us very welcome in their home. The class was very informative and we learned a lot about quality Japanese products as well and new techniques and recipes. A really excellent experience, which we higky recommend.

Delicious, tasty and authentic Japanese meal full of surprises. The food combined with the wonderful and warm Ryo and Claire, sharing inspiring stories about their travels in life. If you are looking for a standard meal, this is not your choice, but if you are in for some Japanese culture, spiced with some brave spirit and shared with a smile and great adventures, you wont be disappointed! We will remember the night forever and hope to meet again somewhere!

We had a great evening at Ryo and Claire's place, a real fun experience, with delicious food. They are the most warm and enthusiastic hosts imaginable. Loved the homecooked meal and the homely vibe of the experience.

My friend and I had a wonderful evening yesterday at Ryo and Claire's place with delicious Japanese food. We learnt a lot about Japanese culture and cooking and our nice hosts really made us feel at home. My friend even guessed one kind of vegetable Ryo served but I won't reveal it here ;)
