Imagine being transported to the islands through a meticulously curated four course dinner. Caribbean- Vegan Personal Chef Lee hosts a secret supperclub that features sublime island-inspired dishes.
Born and raised on the island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Chef Lee aims to highlight flavours and ingredients that she grew up on with a fine dining twist. "The Caribbean Silver Palate" supperclub is the ideal experience for exploring caribbean cuisine without having to book a flight. Guests gather at one table and partake in a four course meal showcasing exquisite caribbean cuisine paired with a signature cocktail or wine selection.

ABOUT THEMENU

The entire menu is VEGAN and features veganized caribbean food from classics like codphish fritters using eggplant to modern and unique creations like green banana bisque.

As a vegan chef, variety is important to me. As a caribbean chef, flavour is important to me. These two principles are at the forefront of each menu option. No more stitching together your own vegan meal at your favourite restaurants or dreading the vegan section of the menu. At this supperclub, you will experience an exclusive and unique menu that solely caters to the vegan diet and palate. Chef Lee shops for fresh and organic ingredients so as to ensure maximum flavour. The menu is also seasonal which means that ingredients will be at their peak of freshness.

Most menu items are also gluten-free and or soy-free.

ABOUT THELOCATION

Guests will be dining in a newly developed community of luxury townhouses in Randallstown, MD (close to Owings Mills Blvd). The community is close knit, quiet and peaceful. There is ample parking space at an overflow parking lot upon entering the community.
