Hi, I'm Alberto, born and raised in Naples to a jeweller family, but after many years in that business, I have found my second true vocation, and made it my work.; cooking and sharing my passion for my country's cuisine with people from around the world! Every dish is a jewel to me, and I treat food with the same craft as delicacy. I'm a real family man and I also work with my daughter, in fact we are doing a Chef's Masters course together, and we are already beginning to collaborate! Can't wait to share my dishes with you!
