When I first stood at their door, Kirit amicably welcomed me to his lovely abode. But the friendly exchanges didn't stop there, his wife & family came out from the kitchen & made me feel right at home. Dinner was absolutely sumptuous!! If you are new (like me) & know nuts about Gujarati cuisine, Kirit will talk you through the different courses & show you the authentic way of eating. Great food, great fun, great friends! Staying away from Indian home food, Kirit's dinner reminded me of home. The people were just as warm as the food! The food catered to all the possible taste buds one has, right from the appetizers to the dessert. Their Sizzling Brownie is a must! I ate so much, I could barely move. In all, it was the best dinner I had in a very long time. Kirit is a brilliant host and you should definitely give his food a try. I am sure you'd want to come back for more! (view full page)

As I like cooking, I really liked their open kitchen concept as I get to watch them cook all the food right in front of me - starting from the frying the pakoda, to doughing and cooking the poori, and lots more! Very nice and warm family, humorous too! Really had a great time!

As part of BonAppetour content curation, I visited Kirit and his welcoming family at their home. It was an absolute delight! Kirit's house is beautiful, modernly furnished, but with an Indian touch. He made us feel right at home, while we introduced each other. His wife, Falguni and mum were very friendly as well, and spoke to us about our journey and how we started off on the BonAppetour journey. The menu was perfect, generous helpings of all the various dishes, and some of them prepared piping hot, on the spot by the two masterchefs of the house (Falguni and Kirit's mum). It ended off with a sizzling home-made brownie, placed on a hot-pan with a scoop of ice-cream on top, which was my favorite part of the meal! An amazing experience that had me pacing back and forth to digest my tummy ;) Thanks Kirit :)

This was one of my most favorite Indian meals ever since i came to Singapore. Being Italian, I am not too fond of spicy food and was initially afraid of the starter - the chili pakora, which is essentially green chillis coated with flour. But to my delight, it was great, not too spicy and very appetizing. The other dishes were also flavourful and very tasty!
