This program is possible when it's warm weather outside (mainly May - October, sometimes also April).
The guests will be welcomed in our park "Beyond the time" where the table will be served in the forest or on the island in the pond. There will be a choice of fish or chicken main course menu. If guests choose the fish menu, we will serve trout from our pond. Both fish and chicken are smoked in alder wood.
The time spend in park will be full of relaxation - it will be possible to take a swim, sunbath and relax in our hand made hammocks listening voices of birds and singing frogs.
I will introduce guests with traditions of Latvian cuisine, especially smoked food. And we will offer our guests home made wine tasting.
