i sat several times at Elisabeth's table for breakfast, lunch and evening meals... each time has been like traveling in the universe of taste, colors, and good compagny, enjoying also the italian weather, and beautiful Viterbese countryside... i'm not vegan and not even vegetarian...nevertheless, i've been seduced by Elisabeth's vegan and so delicious recipes...i'll be back soon!
