Always wanted to learn those fancy meat carving skills? Look no further than our butchery class where our expert butchers will enlighten you with the skill of meat cutting.

Our engaging butchers will guide you through the basic steps of beef butchery - from the origins of the meat to the different cutting techniques and how to get the greatest out of each cut.

Selling a variety of meats, we are also known for our native cows - we can assure that we rear and prepare delicious beef!

Get the rundown on our breeds, the dry-aging process of our beef and how to become a discerning beef consumer.
Then get learn about beef carving - as the largest type of meat, our butchers will show you how to carve out the fillet, firebird, sirloin and rump from the centre.
You will then get to showcase your skills by producing a côte de boeuf joint to bring back!

Gain confidence in wielding those knives in the kitchen with our butchers by your side; they will make slicing meat an enjoyable affair!
