Tastebale as much as digestible and is not often something easy to find in a same dish!! And this real italian ancestral pizza make you start an anthropological and storical journey in the meaning of taste.The origin of taste is italian over doubt!And I dont speak so cause my italian origin or my friendship with Sergio,but only beacuse I follow from many years (quite ten) as a friend and as a "eater" the route Sergio did to get this current marvellous result.Be prepared to be shocked by unforgettable cruncy and softly at the same time pizza topped with the absolute elite of vegetables or fish or meat or cheese food.Let experience the excellence. P.S. Last but not least prepare yourself to enter in high level musicians house : him,Lirico-spinto tenor,his wife : Japanese charming soprano,their son awsome piano player...The show begin!!! :-)
