We had a fantastic experience with Yves. We were picked up at the station and welcomed to his beautiful home. The class was very hands on and we then enjoyed the beautiful tapas we had prepared sitting on a rooftop terrace. Yves even returned a jacket that had been left behind! Highly recommended.

Joyce and I had a wonderful time making Tapas with Yves. First we toured around the Barcelona market, which was fascinating as we had not seen some of the items before. He gave us choices as to what we would like to experience and cook.. He was so adaptable and knowledgeable . Yves drove us to his beautiful home where we met his wife and children and then the cooking began. Yves managed to keep all the food timed perfectly even though he had 4 cooks stirring the pots. We sat down to sumptuous razor clams, mushrooms, blood sausage, chorizo and a frog melon dessert and wine from his collection It was all tasty and filling. Thanks Yves for a wonderful dining experience. I would definitely take another cooking class!

This was one of the best experiences I had in Barcelona. Yves was absolutely lovely, really friendly and clearly very passionate about food, and it was so nice to be welcomed into his beautiful home and meet his (very cute) kids! We were a group of four, and between us we cooked several tapas dishes which we shared up on the roof terrace with stunning views of the city. Yves was so informative and knows a lot about Catalan and Spanish food, and he shared so much information with us - I feel like a tapas expert now. His kitchen was amazing, the food was delicious, and we just had so much fun. Truly lovely experience and a great way to travel deeper, meet locals, and get a more authentic, interesting experience of a culture and cuisine. Thanks so much to Yves for a fabulous evening!
