You are welcome to have a traditional Thai massage or a herbal Thai suana in our home. Our home is surrounded by nature. K. Tanisara and everyone at her house were just great! I highly recommend this tour, if you would like to have a bit of a 'short home stay' experience at a local Thai family. First, we had no trouble communicating with each other through BonAppetour, which made me feel reassured about this tour. Second, they came to pick us up at the BTS station which was super convenient for us. Third, their home is spacious, and many people seem to live together and support each other which makes this 'tour' an interesting one. I can guarantee that K. Tanisara and everyone else will always make sure that you are doing OK, and will make this experience a memorable one. I just have to recommend this tour to all of who are interested :))

Am and Tip were great hosts! they came to pick us at the station and were very hospitable. It was a nice change to see such a nice, quiet and secluded place amidst the busy city of Bangkok. We learn how to prepare and cook green curry and fried fluffy egg, and we learn much more regarding the culture of Thailand. Am and Tip had other guests residing in their place and they actually joined us for lunch. The whole experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend anyone going to Bangkok to give this a try. It's such a great change of pace from all the shopping and eating. Thank you so much Am and Tip :)

Thank you Am & Tip for hosting us on 30th July 2017. We truly enjoyed the whole cooking experience and we got some really useful tips on cooking Green Curry that I can't wait to try out soon. On top of that, the Thai Massage by Tip is so so so so good that we would definitely want to come back for that. We also tried the herbal steam session and we felt so refreshed after that. Thanks for offering us a really delicious lunch and making it a memorable birthday for Ben and a memorable trip for all of us. We would definitely want to come back again and hope to try other dishes :)

As BonAppetour's Thailand community manager, myself and BonAppetour's co-founder, Inez, had the chance to visit Tanisara in her home for lunch. Tanisara is as cheerful and enthusiastic in person as she was when we exchanged emails! She and her partner, Tip, greeted us with a big grin on her face and gave us a house tour which is peaceful and surrounded by nature especially the ducks that they rear for fresh organic eggs as well as pluck some herbs all to be used in the cooking! We then joined by Tanisara's childhood friend, Gai, in her garden who taught us how to make green curry paste. We had green curry, garden salad, herbal duck omelette (my fav! so rich and fragrant!) and grass jelly for dessert. After lunch, we were offered traditional Thai massage and it was much better than going to the spa! We have learnt that she went to the a famous Thai temple to learn the proper technique and has been teaching others as well. We left Tanisara's house feeling like we were part of her family as we felt genuinely welcomed by their friendliness and hospitality! A truly unforgettable experience indeed!
