ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

Our breakfast is a feast, this is how we start our day specially on weekends when everybody is at home. Our breakfast is made at home mainly (some items we get from the market because this is also part of our rituals), then we prepare on average between 8 - 15 plates with different items. We share this food, we eat it by dipping pita bread with tea.

The bread has to be fresh and hot. The tea has to be hot with endless refills.

These plates will contain all tastes, sour, salty, sweet...etc

ABOUT THELOCATION

Amman, typical average Ammani neighborhood, where Jordanians live. A very local residential area. At a family house where our host (mother / grandmother) will be cooking traditional meals according to authentic and traditional methods. The experience you will get, is authentic traditional meal prepared by a mother who picks all the ingredients by herself and who knows what should be an authentic taste for a traditional dish should be.
