My husband George, and hi, had a delightful experience cooking with Patrycia. We learned to make some wonderful pasta. Despite our inexperience The pasta tasted delicious. Patricio was a wonderful host prepared delicious food for us to enjoy and we had wonderful conversation. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence.

Can't recommend this experience enough. Patrizia was so engaging, fun and welcoming; as soon as I arrived I felt like family! The process of making pasta is so precise and she was a very patient teacher - I learned a lot about the reasons behind the techniques, different kinds of flour, etc. We made our own lemon-seasoned ravioli and tagliatelle and then Patrizia treated us to several delicious authentic Sicilian dishes like vegetable couscous and gelato made with figs from her family's tree in Sicily. Loved getting to sit with Patrizia and hear her stories! She also graciously called a cab for me at the end of the night, which was so helpful as I was unfamiliar with the neighborhood. If you're seeking authentic connection and a warm, home-cooked meal during your travels (especially if you're traveling on your own), you will love this! One of my favorite experiences of my two weeks in Italy.
It is difficult to describe this experience in words, by nature it is an experience and words don't always convey the realness of the atmosphere. This was truly a highlight of my time in Italy. As it turned out we were the only couple that booked for the night, so we had a one on one experience with Patrizia. From the booking process thru the tiramisu Patrizia treated us like family. She is engaging, energetic, full of joy and stories about Italy, her family, etc. Patrizia is a wonderful host, a great teacher and most of all an amazing person. Her recipes are easy to follow, fun to prepare and most of all absolutely delicious. If you are considering booking with Patrizia, you will not be sorry. I can only say that I ate the best homemade raviolis with a special pesto. I still remember the taste of them, Please ask her to prepare for you her special recipe for Lemon tiramisu. I will come back to her table very soon
