ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

Cozido à Portuguesa is a typical food from the North of Portugal (Minho e Douro). It is a very filling dish, but, and topped with flavors of the portuguese meat. Typical types of ingredients used are: Chouriça (meat salami), pork meat, chicken, potatoes, carrots, cabbage and so on.

ABOUT THEMENU

For the appetizer, we will have bread stuffed with portuguese cheese served with little toast of wine, together with typical appetizers like, olives, bread and so on. We will serve a Pink Porto fresh. With the Stew, we will also have red wine from Douro or Alentejo, very soft. For desert, fruit and a cake home made. Portuguese coffee and baçaço that is a digestive drink or liquor.

Near Porto (15 minutes), near airport, near beach (15 minutes). At our home that you can sea location in my profile with possibility to sea a fantastic village near and take a coffee or other drink in a Wine Bar.
