ABOUT THEMENU

This menu is where my heart and soul for cooking was born. A taste of traditional Mongolian homecooking where fresh ingredients, scratch-made dishes, and creativity shine.
*does not include alcoholic drinks. Please feel free to bring your own.
* the vegetables are organic, from our garden or green market.

Menu sample:
-Salamat (creamy pudding) : whipping cream, buttermilk, milk, flour, salt
optional: vegetable canapé
-Buuz (steamed dumplings) : flour dough, filled with shredded beef and pork, cooked with onion, garlic and pepper, and then steamed.
-Boov (Crunchy cake): flour, eggs, vegetable oil, green tea. A traditional specialty of the Mongolian cuisine, these cakes are filled with sugar or cream, making them look like the sole of a shoe.
-Tea table: Mongolian milk tea, Tibetan butter tea, Russian berry tea
