ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

The menu is based on the traditional recipes but with a modern touch. For the dinner, we will start at 8.30pm (Italians start late) and you can expect to go through the cooking and eating journey for the following two hours.

We will serve the complete 4 course Italian meal consisting of:
- a starter
- a pasta or risotto
- a main with a side
- a desert

Italian wines and a selection of spirit to close (Scottish wiskies, rum from Martinique, and Italian Grappas) .

Conversations about the surroundings, sailing and other wonderful places in the world will be the other best ingredient to make this dinner a very special experience for us.
