You will start your wine tasting through a black glass tasting - will your senses be able to identify the white wine from the red without being able to see the colours?
We aim to train your other senses so that you can build an understanding of wines from the nitty-gritty.

We will provide visual demonstrations to show you how different wine varieties taste like, helping you assemble a wine vocabulary of descriptive words.
Differing wines from a selection will be used to cultivate your knowledge on varying taste aspects such as acidity, sweetness and tannins.

Learn the difference between old and new world, young and old and expensive and cheap wines! Not only that we will break down how to pair wines and food using samples - some are taste best by itself while others are better with food.
