I come from Mexico City and I discovered that to cook was my real passion. When I was a kid I liked to see my grandma cooking and I was always asking her questions about food that gave me more interest in try it learns and does it by myself. I started cooking real recipes of traditional Mexican food for my friends and family. My style is to cook with the heart and no matter the country where I would be. I always prepare real Mexican food and recipes from scratch with the freshest local ingredients.

I've been over to Isidro's place a few times now and each time I've left feeling absolutely stuffed. He is an excellent chef and prepares the most tasty Mexican food. He's also a great host who keeps drinks and conversation flowing the whole night. I would definitely recommend!!

If you love tasty wonderful delicious authentic food and you enjoy having it in a good company ISi is your man. I am personally a huge fan of spicy hot Mexican food and he has the best salsa that I have ever had in my life. My personal favorite is his ceviche and enchiladas.
