ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

Hi foodie people,

we are Hoang and Emanuele. The idea is to serve you an amazing 3 course meal.
We have a food blog (www.guyslovecooking.com) and a food tour company here in Amsterdam (www.dutchfoodtour.com) - we are foodie crazy and we love hosting dinners at our place.
We travel a lot and we believe there is nothing better than living like a local for a day (or an evening).
We would like to have a maximum of 6 people at our dinners, we will eat together with and have a very pleasant and friendly evening all together.
Emanuele is from Italy and Hoang from Vietnam, both countries have a long and rich food tradition, and we like to share this passion and flavors with anyone visiting our beautiful and charming city.

ABOUT THEMENU

The menu is made of 3 course meal. You will be greeted with a glass of prosecco and a few nibbles.
The meal is made of: one starter, one main and a dessert. Included there is water and one bottle of wine per couple. Also included is Vietnamese or Italian coffee or tea at the end, and a traditional Italian digestive.
The choice of dishes will vary from time to time, essentially you will have a taste of Italy and Vietnam :)
Dinner starts at 7:30 and will end around 11:00

ABOUT THELOCATION

We live right in the center of Amsterdam, a step away from the Prinsengracht and very close to all the museum. It is a 20/30 minutes walk to Central Station, however many trams are also stopping very close.
The apartment is not so big, but very cozy, we have a nice dinner table where we will enjoy our dinner together.
