ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

My guests can enjoy alternative dishes of fish or meat, depending on the culinary experience who want to learn this part of Tuscany.

In the second case I propose as an appetizer pappa al pomodoro with Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, followed by a SPELT SOUP WITH BEANS. FRIED CHICKEN MARINATED RABBIT or to close with the main dishes. How sweet propose CANTUCCI MEADOW, CASTAGNACCIO and VIN SANTO
In both cases, the dishes will be served accompanied by wine MONACO RED OR WHITE.

ABOUT THEMENU

For the fish menu, you will be served an appetizer of marinated fillets of COD, followed by the main course of a CACCIUCCO FISH, which is the typical dish of this city. For dessert, we will have the cake Versilia, a delicious homemade ice cream with Rum, Malaga, Whiskey flavors.

For the meat menu, I propose as an appetizer pappa al pomodoro with Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, followed by a SPELT SOUP WITH BEANS. For the main dish, we can have MARINATED FRIED CHICKEN or RABBIT.The dessert will be CANTUCCI DI PRATO (anise-flavored almond biscotti), CASTAGNACCIO (typical tuscan plain chestnut flour cake) and VIN SANTO (typical Italian dessert wine)

In both cases, the dishes will be served accompanied by wine MONACO RED OR WHITE.

2) First dish: SPELT SOUP WITH BEANS
3) Main dish: FRIED CHICKEN or MARINATED RABBIT

ABOUT THELOCATION

My house is located in the center of Viareggio, a seaside town famous throughout the world for its Carnival and for accepting personality of Culture as Puccini, Monicelli, d'Annunzio, Viani, Moses Levy and many others. It overlooks the canal Burlamacca which is a waterway that connects the sea with the Lake Massaciuccoli, where Puccini lived for much of his life. It is a small but cozy house, renovated in its decor and on the first floor of a typical Viareggio
