Claudia, the “ chef”, she began cooking she was only 10 years old close to her beloved grandmother, now she knows all her secrets….:) Vegetables come only from her kitchen garden, the pure olive oil from her olive groove… we buy only the highest quality of meat and fish. All local products, Pisa produce everything we need for our traditional recipes.
But Claudia is not alone…meals will be served at table by Eloise, she is also a professional tourist guide so she will tell you everything about Pisa, the leaning tower, giving you plenty of advices of the several beautiful hidden places in Tuscany! And, if you want she will organize for you and with you an interesting guided tour of the monuments surrounding the leaning tower and a nice walk through the medieval town of Pisa!
We forgot…in summer time an aperitif under the olive trees will be served!
