Salve! Sono Francesca. I am an Italian-American living in Bergamo, Italy. I teach English (majority of my time) and experiment in the kitchen (the rest of my time!) ... exploring the variations of Italian cuisine is a serious hobby of mine. I like to take the foods from my upbringing in the Veneto region and merging it with the cuisine of the Bergamaschi.
