We offer cooking class at home in Kasugai city near Nagoya. We will cook authentic Japanese homestyle dishes and sweets with you. You will learn local cooking tips, and aso the meaning and history behind each dish during the class. We will use a bar of dried bonito and kelp to make Japanese basic soup stock (dashi)

・The class starts 10AM.

・Duration：about 3~3.5hours.

・Included：aprons, tasting Japanese condiments, learning tips and history about your dishes, ORIGAMIchopstick rest creating, drinks, English recipe printed out to take home, pictures.

・Drinks: maccha bowl, green tea, barley tea, coffee and tea

・Minimum participants：1 person

・Max participants：6 people.
