My group enjoyed the cooking class. One suggestion would be to not ask participants so many questions about cooking because we often felt like we couldn't move on without the correct answer. We loved the meal, but one recipe was only in French so will have to find a way to translate it. The other two were in English?

I loved this! (Disclosure: I cook a lot on my own.) Learned a lot, and even though I was completely lost when Aude was speaking French with other students, she translated everything to English for us. I would definitely recommend taking a cooking class; it was the first excellent meal we had in France, setting a high bar for everything that came after. Plus you get recipes, so you can re-create at home!
