Lunch Kaki has chosen to dine at Amrita's place and it was a memorable experience. Meeting and eating with 5 strangers totally bring the social aspect to another level. Amrita was good in making us feel comfortable easily. We had our dinner in the rooftop initially however the rain came pouring down and we have to shift to the living room. It was cosy and we sat on the carpeted floor, it felt like we were back to the good old school days making friends. She cooked delicious authentic indian food where we had unique curry prawn roll, chapati, biryani and lots of curry. The only probably drawback was the location perhaps. For the non locals or people who are not familiar with the area, probably it would be easier taking a cab. :D

A delicious and wonderful dinner! I'm this kind of person who seldom leaves reviews but Amrita's dinner was so delicious that I simply had to :) Don't think for a minute that the highlight of your dinner will be the rooftop view: Amrita's cooking and conversation made this evening exceptional! It was our first dining experience with BonAppetour but it won't be our last...

What's greater than spending one evening on the rooftoop with a view on Singapore, Sake, authentic Indian Food and a good conversation? Right, there isn't anything. Samrita is a lovely host! She spoilt us with such good and plenty food. We had not only an insight into Indian food but into it's culture and lifestyle! We are so thankful for that wonderful experience!

For my first dinner with BonAppetour, I could not expect better hosts that Amrita and her husband. Authentic and hearty Indian food with sake, an unexpected but great pairing! Generous hosts, amazing flavours and fulfilling dishes, you surprisingly feel at home quickly with a bunch of friends. Thank you for the incredible dinner and friendship! Could not recommend more to dine at their lovely home.

Amrita and Jai were the perfect hosts! They have a beautiful home in the Kovan area and we had delicious South Indian food on their breezy terrace. The food was incredible, they served us sake (from Tokyo!) and the company was awesome. There's nothing like bringing together a bunch of friendly strangers together over dinner that results in great conversation. A highly recommended experience!

Dining with Amrita was a great experience! Since the moment I stepped into her house, she and her husband welcomed us with so much warmth. We were then brought to a location of "surprise"- and to our surprise indeed, we were brought to their rooftop with such a beautiful view. Having lived as 4 years as an expat in Singapore, which is well-known as an urban jungle, I was so rejuvenated by the serene ambience, and the sight of a very homely neighborhood. It was a different twist to Singapore indeed. The great atmosphere was wonderfully accompanied by Amrita's delicious homecooked Indian cuisine. My personal favourite was her Pulau rice, which was made to such great tenderness and a very nice well-blended flavours. Thinking of the aromas makes me crave about it again! Thank you Amrita for hosting, enjoyed it thoroughly! I highly recommend this!

I had so much fun dining with Amrita and Jai. They are a lovely young couple with many interesting stories to share about their adventures living in India, Australia and now Singapore. The food that Amrita prepared was absolutely delicious. I fell in love with their rooftop, the view was gorgeous, and something that I haven't seen in Singapore, despite having lived here for so many years.
