ABOUT THEMENU

COOKING CLASSES :

A menu is entrusted to you, you have the ingredients (freshly returned from the garden), utensils and your apron is for you to cook!

Chef Tarik will be there to advise and guide you in the preparation of dishes. You then write your menu and associate the finest ingredients!

Finally, it is around the table that each participant can enjoy and relish his masterpiece during lunch or dinner.

Each meal includes a starter, a main course and a dessert, and with drinks.

Our Lunch with the locals in the village tlatlhed is an original concept put you in touch with home Berber Moroccan guest wishing to receive you at home the time of a typical Moroccan gourmet dinner for the purpose of sharing and exchanging cultural and linguistic diversity.

Your hosts live in a typical Moroccan village. These are Moroccan families, well educated and friendly, like-minded, willing to receive at a luncheon a foreign visitor and to share their culture. Their openness, their culture and taste for travel, and multicultural encounters are essential criteria to offer you the opportunity of a unique exchange.
