I’m a keen learner and genuinely interested in food. My creatively appetizing venture started out as a book with recipes from South Asia and while the delectable dishes simmered in my kitchen, what eventually emerged in print is this book on Chettiar Cuisine, leaving the originally planned title to follow soon. Chettiar cuisine originates for a region in Tamil Nadu called Chettinad. I reside in Chennai and am interested in this idea of being able to serve a meal at home.
