Me and my husband the chef started our Lab Kitchen early this year. We cater to those working couples whom got no time to cook for their meal. Our "Signature Dish" is Bak Kut Teh which is on high demand. We also cater various type of cuisine such as "Malay Traditional Cuisine" , "Chinese Cuisine", "Thai Cuisine" , "Western Cuisine" and also "International Cuisine". We have frequently hosted guest at our humble crib for lunch, dinner either Ala-carte or Buffet. My hubby loves cooking.

It was a fantastic experience, truly the highlight of our trip to Singapore! The beautiful spread on the dinner table was amazing, and every dish was so delicious. Undoubtedly it was the best dinner we had during the trip. The great hospitality of Alizah and her family made us really at home. We talked and learned a lot about the local food, life, education, religion and more. We enjoyed every minute of the experience. Highly recommendable to anyone visiting Singapore!

Ms Alizah and "master chef" Raja made us feel like we are at home since the moment we arived. We had been having dinner together for more than 4 hours with a lot of delicious food and nice chatting together. They made for us Nasi Lemak with the best and fresh fish fritter, fried chicken wings, prawns and especially Chili crab. All of food are so fabulous and yummy in a truly authentic and original. We did like Chili crab so much. We are so impressed by their warm welcome. After dinner, we talked so much, shared with each other about culture, food. Thank you Malay mommy Alizah and Mr Raja for the very memorable experience, we are very lucky to meet both of you and have a chance to sing so many song together.

Celebrated my 50th birthday with Aliza n Chef Aris at their beautiful warm home. It was so special filled with good food, music by their Son, and authentic hospitality.

Alizah & Raja made us feel at home the moment we arrived. They were such warm and fantastic hosts, we felt like we were dining with old friends, chatting about everything under the sun for more than 2 hours. The food was fabulous, with my favourite being the salted egg prawns. Being a Singaporean with many opportunities to try local food, the salted egg prawns that Raja prepared was one of the best I've had! The chili crab was prepared with Raja's homemade chili blend - something you cannot get anywhere else. The cockles were plump and juicy. And the calamari was easy to chew, even for my 3 year old. Thank you Alizah & Raja for the very memorable experience, we are glad to have the opportunity to meet you through BonAppetour.
