Hosting guests over food is part of our culture. We enjoy our cuisine and each time we celebrate our traditional dishes as if we are enjoying them for the first time. This is on the personal level. On the professional level, I work for a non-for profit organisation www.i-dare.org and starting from 2015, we are promoting (and creating) social tourism in Jordan. With the aim o creating job opportunities for youth, women and families in need for enhancing their socio-economic class and also, looking for having inter-cultural dialogue with different cultures.
