ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
In our kitchen the local gastronomy culture is accessible to everyone! Our hands-on cooking classes will help you understand the culinary wealth of Spain. Our kitchen is located in the Triana market, the perfect place to buy fresh and local ingredients. Before the cooking class starts, we will have a guided visit of the market, where we will explain to you the history of all the products.
Between Tuesdays to Saturdays, we start the day with the market tour at 10.30 am. Then we continue with the class from 11 am to 2 pm that includes a great lunch with all dishes that we have prepared together! This a foodie experience with great food, drinks and fun!!
We will prepare sangria for the group which serves as an ice-breaker so that you get to know each other. Olives are always on the table as a snack. Once you are back home, you will be able to practice what you learn. We will give you a note with all the recipes... The apron ready for you!

Triana. Triana market, stalls 75-77. Being inside one of the oldest markets in Sevilla is a privilege. We have access to the fresher ingredients and we also have the chance to support local vendors that have been in the market for generations. You will also learn about the fascinating history of the market.
