Pasta is anybody's favourite, ask any Italian and we'd tell you the same thing! We too, love to make pasta especially with fresh, mouthwatering ingredients. Here's some examples that we often cook (and are pretty good at!):
- tagliatelle with ragú,
- tagliatelle with mushrooms,
- strozzapreti pasticciati.

Everything will be served with delicious Sangiovese wine.
