ABOUT THEMENU

Menu A : Egg Tarts, Pineapple Buns and Hong Kong-style Milk Tea
Menu B : BingZhen Lady's Finger, Stir-fried Prawns with Eggs and Barbecued Pork Rice
Menu C : Stir-fried Beef Noodles, Dumpings and Tofu Pudding

Fee includes
- A local market tour
- Welcome tea or coffee
- A class with one selected menu
- Recipes
- Souvenir (One set of signature Hong Kong’s Cha Chaan Teng milk tea cup per person)

Duration
3-4 hours (start at 2:30pm on Mon to Fri; flexible time on Sat, Sun and public holidays)

Important notes:
- The security office may require visitors to show their travel documents when accessing the building of the cooking studio
- Each class must include at least one female participant
- Kid participants must be aged 8 or above
