ABOUT THELOCATION
I live in a very small street in a very quiet but well connected part of Prague. Surrounded with tranquil Forrests and open Meadows with great views of the city just a few minutes walk. Just 21 minutes from the centre of the capital by public transport.

I had more than several chances to taste your dishes - all sorts of it from sushi to yourkshire pudding. You definitely are a gifted cook who almost never fail to impress me with the effort you put into your cooking and with your ideas. Even your first attempts with new meals are almost always way above avarage. As a chef/cook you are well known as a hard working guy even though you are English :) You definitely possess the team spirit and you would be my first choice amongst the people I know if I ever started a bar or a restaurant. Btw would like to give a try to your ginger beer one day but I guess I will still prefer your smarties vodka :)
