It is not so easy to eat well in Venice. With several "touristy" but average quality restaurants around, it is difficult to be charmed by authentic Venetian food and cuisine.

At my kitchen, I aim to provide food that showcases the centuries-long Venetian history, enriched and deeply influenced by its contact with distant cultures to form it's own unique identity. The influence of Arabs, Byzantines, Armenians, Greeks and Hebrew elements have merged to create a series of dishes that, although, are very simple but enhances ​​the ingredients (which are often exclusive of the Venetian lagoon).

Join me for a traditional meal in a private Venetian house, where your Venetian host will cook privately for you. Enjoy a peaceful dinner without the tourist crowd or waiting at tables. We'd love to create an experience for you, to feel, at least for one night, like a true Venetian. We can also enjoy the dinner on our roof terrace, with a wonderful view over the rooftops of Venice. It's an experience utterly off the beaten track!
