ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

If you fancy a warm lunch in a sunny garden or a creative and inspirational dinner, outdoor or indoor, my house is the perfect place for you, your friends, your fiancé or wife. I will adapt the menu and the mood of the event according to the experience you want to make.

ABOUT THEMENU

MENU may vary according to the season or the specific requests. One thing will not change: it will be 100% pure Italian cousine.
You can choose between a traditional meal or a more creative one, of fish, meat, or vegetarian.
You can also come a bit earlier to enjoy an aperitif and see how I make home made fresh pasta, for example...
Every menù will be of 3 courses.

Here some examples.
Creative menu:
Daikon pie topped with cream cheese and cherries
Monkfish risotto with lard and caramelized onions
Artchokes filled with chickpeas cream and topped with lime marinated prawns
(a vegetarian variation: Eggs and asparagus in manioc and black carrot creamtopped with passion fruit)
Traditional menu:
Anchovies with orange and lemon
Home made (by me) fresh pasta with fish sauce or ragù bolognese
Seabass gratinated with herbs and potatoes

ABOUT THELOCATION

The location is my house, a marvellous post industrial loft, very spacious atmospheric, with a huge, bright and sunny garden, cherry treas and any kinds of herbs. At dinner time, with few candels lit, it becomes a real romance!
