ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
Feed your mind, feed your body!
A nice, original, funny evening with Antonella - senior yoga teacher and personal trainer- and me as cook. One hour session of yoga in her house's garden to relax and recover yourselves from of a "tourist day".
After that the evening will go on with an informal dinner with a buffet pkenty of Italian specialties, a culinary trip from South Italy up to North Italy.
Fun and laughs in a nice place near Florence easy to reach directly by bus from downtown.
At the bus stop we will come to pick you up .
ABOUT THELOCATION
Dinner and yoga lesson will be held in my house during winter time or in Campi Bisenzio in spring/summer time - a nice village immediately outside Florence and easy to reach by bus n. 30. Pick up at the bus stop.

I can only say that I ate the best homemade raviolis with a special pesto. I still remember the taste of them, Please ask her to prepare for you her special recipe for Lemon tiramisu. I will come back to her table very soon
