These are my winter menu options - designed to provide a warm and comforting feeling during the cold
Menu 1 -
Starters:
Baskets of Parmesan with bresaola
Peppers cooked in a hot bath
Stuffed zucchinis
Vegetable flan with raschera (a type of cheese) fondue freshly prepared

First course: Crepes with porcini mushrooms

Second course: Brovada with sausage (Brovada is a unique dish from the Friuli region, which is made with thin slices of purple-collared turnips, marinated in marc and fermented for 40 days.)

Desserts:
Bonet - a typical sweet pastry for the winter months.
Recioto - a popular dessert wine

Menu 2-
Starters:
Tuna paste
Garda lake whitefish and whitefish marinated paste
Paired together with a basket of puff pastry with ratatouille
Pumpkin pudding with fondue

First course:
Valeggio tortellini in broth

Second course:
Roasted hazelnuts Alba
Contour of the green artichokes

Dessert:
Lemon cake with whipped cream
Wine, mineral water, coffee
