ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

More than a cooking class, I would like to share with you a little bit of the Parisian life. We'll meet at my place for a little tea/coffee moment and then go my local market to by some fresh and high quality ingredients. Back home we will start our French cooking lesson in Paris and we'll cook together and share the lunch over stories and experiences! This luxury experience include some champagne and French wine- the best things to drink in Paris!

ABOUT THEMENU

I want to share with you the answer to the question "what to eat in Paris?" with my delicious menu. You can choose between 4 menus (including Champagne and wine):

VEGETARIAN MENU
Canded vegetables terrine
Vegetable tatin pie served with a citrus sauce and quinoa
Fruit pie

BEEF MENU
Classical cheese soufflé
Beef served with caramalized vegetables and red wine sauce
Apple tarte tatin

POULTRY MENU
Salmon tartar (with mango and avocados)
Poultry rolls with mushrooms and a purée
French meringue served with chantilly and fruits

FISH MENU
Vegetables cream soup
Cod served with a citrus sauce and a vegetables tatin pie
Chocolate soufflé

ABOUT THELOCATION

We'll meet at my place, in Paris 17th, very close to the Parc Monceau. After you are full with my famous French dishes, you can take a walk along the beautiful Champs Elysées or the famous Paris neighbourhood of Montmartre which are only 15 minutes from here. I'll also share with you where to eat in Paris like a local so you can enjoy the rest of your Paris trip taking part in unique dining experiences!

I always find taxis infront of my place and I'm very close from the métro (Villiers station).
