Mensy was an excellent host and explained the bakes well. She was very welcoming. We really enjoyed our experience making macaroons and soufflé complete with champagne to finish. Would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful baking class with Benedicte. She gave great instructions and tips, was very attentive (and patient with) our 6 and 8 year-old daughters, and the end products were absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone.

I was afraid that these french treats would be difficult to create, but I was so wrong. With Bénédicte's patience and calm demeanor, I successfully completed my very first french baking experience! Bénédicte is truly a fabulous instructor! A cooking class with her is a must while in Paris! During our time, Bénédicte made us feel right at home, explaining the baking process with such ease and in a way that any person can follow along. We had a group of 6, and there was absolutely no shortage of tasks for each of us to complete! I wish I was able to stick around and experience every other cooking class Bénédicte offers! This class was an experience of a lifetime, and worth every penny! The class is personalized and intimate.
