Valentina was a great host. She is friendly and welcoming. Workshop went very well, and I have learnt how to make gnocchi in a supper funny and relaxing way. Great experience! If you are looking forward to learning how to make gnocchi, I totally recommend you do it with Valentina! You will like it for sure!

It has been a great experience ! starting from the workshop and enjoy our food. Valentina is a great host, egger to share her foodie heritage knowledge and great guide through the whole process of making gnocchi. she makes it simple and it works!! I had a fantastic time learning and a lovely dinner time with hosts and others guess... I will apply the coming weekend the recipe for my friends and family! :-)

I really had a great time at Valentina's workshop! She taught us how to prepare gnocchi and also ragu sauce from scratch and was very patient and willing to share her passion for food. I'm definitely going to try the recipes home! It was also a nice occasion to meet people who share my (food!) interests. Overall, I would recommend this.

I had a very funny and interest workshop with Valentina and two other friends. The meal afterworth was delicious. Form the beginning to the end Valentina explain, show and practice us how to cook 'Italian Gnocchi'. After she showed how to do it, we practice it, what was really funny. This was my best cooking experience ever! Go for it and taste this delicious meal!!! 10/10
