Nothing beat home cooked food, and even more so when you get to try new recipes that cannot be found in eateries and restaurants. My passion for cooking has allowed me to trial and improve my recipes, hopefully perfecting it just so it'll be pleasant for all my guests.

I'd love to share my version of homemade fregola sarda with fresh seasonal vegetables and homemade malloreddus in tomato souce. There will be two different kinds of regional pasta. For this meal, you will be served salad, fruit, water and wine, and dessert to compliment the mains.
