Born to a 3 Michelin star grandmother and 2 Michelin star mother, and grown up there until age 30, I have the real taste of Turkish cusine. Turkey having 7 different small geographical regions in itself, combined with many civilizations passing through its land is a worth to explore for the variety of its cusine.
Having a Bavarian gourmet partner adds a Bavarian touch to it.
Come and join us for an evening, so we can have a real home made culinary experience.


Have you already tried "bulgur" or "firik" instead of rice? What about baked avocados?
some call it couscous salad, but we call it "KISIR" when you add a touch of pomegranate bitter sauce. Greek mezes are delicious, but how about the Turkish mezes, we are sharing the same Agean sea in between. Quince is something we can not give up as a desert in winter, and in sommer we have other light tastes. and see what we can do with aubergine as well...
